4. BUSINESS REGISTRATION
If you register your business in our directory, you declare that you are the legal representative or have sufficient authorization. You are responsible for the content published on your business profile.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials on our platforms, including logos, texts, icons, images, software, and content, are owned by or licensed to M&K TECHNOLOGY S.A.S. and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
6. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
M&K TECHNOLOGY S.A.S. shall not be held responsible for:
- Interruptions in service due to force majeure or third parties.
- Incorrect information submitted by users or businesses.
- Loss of data due to actions by the user.
